Application Process:
Thanks for choosing the BHJFL. There are three parts to the application process:
1) Application: Please fill
out all information. The grade, age and school will determine what team your child will be assigned. If your child is a returning-
player or cheerleader, please indicate the team they played on last year.
2) Concussion Player Form: Washington State Law requires
that every participant in youth sports fill out a form stating they and their parent(s) understand the symptoms and risk, of concussions.
Please read and sign.
3) Information Page: This is for your information, only, so please make sure you read it. Do Not submit the information
form with the application.
Fees:
All fees must be paid before Player(s) or Cheerleader(s) are officially placed on roster. Fees
are due by the first practice. We will accept applications with out payment to save a roster spot. Player(s) or cheerleader(s) who
have not paid by first practice will lose their saved spot. Make checks Payable to: BHJFL
Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-serve
basis for second thru eighth grade students who attend public, private, church, or home school. There are no tryouts, all players
will be assigned to a team. Copy of a birth certificate is required only if request. Physical is recommended.
Discount:
There
is a $20 discount for additional children. This discount is for players only. Player must be related and live in the same home. If
you have more than one child playing in the league, please remember to subtract $20 from the second, third, etc. fee.
